Linux fdisk from floppy

I installed redhat linux 6.2 on to a really crappy old 33mhz machine that does not boot cdroms.

I now want to remove the linux partition from the drive, but when I boot from the setup floppy that I created from the redhat linux images boot.img the only option that seems to offer these tools is the "linux rescue" option.

If I pursue the linux rescue option it then asks me to supply a driver for the cdrom, which I don't have.

I need to get to a linux prompt from disks where fdisk is available with out using the cdrom.

Does anyone know if that is possible.??
