Linux Device Drivers, 3rd Edition Published by O'Reilly Samples

I am working on Linux drivers. One of the reference book I use is
"Linux Device Drivers, 3rd Edition", published by O'Reilly. I try to download the samples from the following website:
ftp://ftp.ora.com/pub/examples/linux/drivers/

I can only see samples of the 1st and 2nd edition, but not the 3rd edition. My question is where can I find the website that I could download the samples of the 3rd edition of the book. Can anyone help on this?

3rd Edition examples from the author's FTP site. I know this thread is 3 years old; it can now be put to rest.
