linux crash log
Hi,
where does linux specifically stores memory dump in case of kernel panic? Is there a program that i could set up in the background that will constantly update, so that in the case of system freeze or shutdown i could pinpoint the exact time and cause of the crash. Not sure if its any similar to freeBSD. I'm running fedora btw. thx |
May be you looking for sysrq support in linux kernel. if so then you can search for 'sysrq documnetation' on google.
