can I say wget just something like...
in php filesystem functions file_get_contents() ??

http://php.net/manual/en/function.file-get-contents.php

Code:
<? php
$text = file_get_contents('http://aastocks.com?var=X') ;
// then functions strstr() substr()
echo $text ; output after processing
?>
if I got some or many file_get_contents() functions in a php script,
was it ok?
