Hope all is good. I´m starting a new business @Europe. We will have shops were you can buy cheese and bio food.

This is 100% local entrepreneurship.

I´m looking for a POS (Point Of Sale) solution. I would love to have a 100% Linux solution.

Could you help me by recommending:

- Software for POS (I was recommended http://unicenta.com/)
- Hardware for POS (I have a Desktop PC) and want to add a ticket printer, barcode scanner and maybe a weight digital balance integrated.

I would love to hear your recommendations! And if you know about an Enterpreneurship forum were address this questions please let me know.

Not sure if suitable but i played with openerp before. It had a module for pos. Ended up being to not suitable because it is a massive system for my really small English school.

But have a look on a search engine for open source erp. Many have pos, i liked openerp the most though.
