Linpus Linux Problem
I got a bit problem when i bought my new laptop Acer Aspire V3-572G-64W2 . When i try to turn it on, the software [Linpus Linux] does not work. It works a little but i take this message [root@localhost /]#
What do I do? How do I make it install the OS?

That is a root console. you can do stuff by typing in commands.
If you are in the install cd, try
and press return.
if you are installed, try

If you bought it and it behaved like that from the start, then you need to take it back and complain.

My opinion, based on my experience with previous versions of Linpus, is that you would be better off installing a more complete and up to date distro.
For that machine, you will need to use something like a USB flash drive or an external USB optical drive to install from.

The link below has a pretty detailed review of Linpus Linux Lite. Seems he had the same or similar problem. The only place I've ever seen anything positive about Linpus is at their site, although I haven't looked that hard.
