Fedora group does not support back versions well, but you can get Fedora workstation 23 in 64-bit from this page:
https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/

Is there a reason for seeking version 20?

Thank you for your suggestion.

The reason why i requested for the download of version 20 is that, the simulator software (EstiNet)I needed to install required fedora 20 64 bit. But i don't know if this Estinet simulator (for routing protocol in vehicular Ad hoc Network) will work on Fedora 23 64 bit. But as you have suggested, may be i will try to install fedora 23 64 bit. OR any better idea will be appreciated.

Thank you.

The best ideas would be for you to read some of the responses in your other threads....especially those about reading the "Question Guidelines" link. Asking people to look things up for you, and give you links is fairly rude. You can easily search for such things yourself...asking us to do it is pretty lazy.

In general, yes. Exception is a user from a country or region that blocks search engines or considers usage suspicious. I admit, that exception is rare, but I have seen two such cases in the last seven days.

While I agree in principal, I see two problems with that, when someone posts here:
  1. They obviously used SOME sort of search-engine to find THIS site
  2. Any links we give them may also be blocked, since (if they ARE in such a region), much software/OS is prohibited in those regions.
