Angry LimeWire WILL NOT Close!

Anyone else having problems getting limewire to close under linux?
I have tried to disconnect before closing... Tried Everything I could think of!
If I try to close it, it acts as if I have just minimized it.
I even did a:
ps ax and got the PID
and did a:
kill 2954 (The PID)
and that didnt work... The thing just wont close without a reboot.
