LiLo graphical boot screen help!
OK. Here's what I want. I've got a couple bitmaps that are supposed to be ready for use as a LiLo boot screen. (I do mean the LiLo prompt where you choose your image to boot up, not the verbose start up screen).

But, I know that you have to set parameters in order to get the text to display properly in the provided space on the image.

1) How do you determine these values?
2) Is there a friggin' color chart out there that tells what NUMBER black or white or yellow is for use in lilo.conf?
3) Is there any place on the web that provides any help on this?

I've tried searching these forums and google; the only thing I find that is REMOTELY helpful is a 13thfloor web site...but his prerequisite knowledge is EXACTLY what I'm needing help I can't go into MAKING my own until I know how to configure an existing one properly.

The color values are determined by the pallete of the image that you use. Here's the code that I use in my /etc/lilo.conf file.

Make sure to replace linuxX.bmp with the name of your image. ;)
