licq compile

Hi everybody,
I tryed to compile licq on my Slackware 10.2. I compiled licq daemon and went in plugin/ directory. Then typed ./configure --with-x --with-qt --with-kde , then make, make install. Everythink finished OK but when I start licq - licq -p qt-gui , I get this:

ERR] Unable to load plugin (qt-gui): /usr/local/lib/licq/licq_qt-gui.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

Any ideas?
