licq


i tryed installing LICQ and i got the following msg after i typed

"cd /root/licq-1.2.7/"


[root@localhost licq-1.2.7]# ./configure.in
./configure.in: line 1: dnl: command not found
./configure.in: line 2: syntax error near unexpected token `src/licq.h'
./configure.in: line 2: `AC_INIT(src/licq.h)'
[root@localhost licq-1.2.7]#


wat am i doing wrong....??
how can o over come this error?

i am just guessing but on line one configure script is looking for a program called dnl proboly this prog will make some changes to the licq.h because you do not have it it just doesnt work.
