libxine1 conflict & error message on Suse?
 

Hi to whom it may concern

Everytime I try to install libxine1-1.0.1-0.rpm on Suse machine I kept getting this error message

LibFLAC.so.4 is not available
libxine1-1.0.1-0.rpm conflict. Kaxtv requires xine-mad
speex is not availble ... require Speex 1.1

but the latest rpm for this application are install on my machine.:( :(

According to a thread on SuSE support forum, the Xine rpm for SuSE may be broken. Follow the link in this thread to a package and instructions which are reported to work on SuSE.
