please how can i fix that probleme: when i try to install libreoffice-5.4.3.2.tar.xz on my kali linux via the command bellow: tar xJf libreoffice-5.4.3.2.tar.xz
its extract correctly but when i type the command ./configure to installing its generate the error: configure: error: Could not find CUPS. Install libcups2-dev or cups-devel.


please i what to write my repport but in don't have editor

CUPS is the Common Unix Printer System: without that you are not going to be able to print from LibreOffice, so the office software won't install without it. If you try to use Kali as an ordinary operating system, there are going to be a lot of missing things! You can add them, but it's not easy. Some-one suggested
Code:
apt-get install cups cups-client "foomatic-db"
and there may be other things to do.

If you really must try to do this sort of thing, you may get more experienced help at

I think that ondoho may be correct. I am a "newbie" and I love Linux Mint 18.3. I installed Libreoffice without a problem
and it works great. Even at age 61 I find it so friendly to use and worldwide help is always available.
