Libre Office Writer document window colour grey instead of white

I must have accidentally hit the wrong combination of Ctrl and whatever key that turned my Writer document windows to grey (please see screenshot). For the life of me, I just didn't even know which wrong keys I pressed. It was a typing mistake which I didn't even think about which key I hit.

I cannot get it back to white. Every new document or existing documents all open up in same grey colour.

PLEASE HELP! would be greatly appreciated if anyone can tell me what key or how to get it back to white.

Thanks very much in advance

Tools->Options->LibreOffice->Application Colors->Document background: White

If you want the whole document window in white, not just the document itself, also set Application background: White
