libre office impression - first character missing on all slide of *.ppt


issue with libre office impression on ppt file

1. my wife computer, libre office impression missed out the first character on every single slide.
However when i used my computer to open the same file using the same software, i have no such problem.
Any idea what's the problem ?

Are you able to provide a screen shot or an example? Also check if the page size is correct when opening the file on the device. I have had similar issues where the page size is not set to an appropriate size for the text in the document.
