libpcap.so.0 dependencies Question

I am trying to install "trafshow-3.1-2.i386.rpm" on my Fedora Core 4 box. upon trying to install, I get this output:
# rpm -Uvh trafshow-3.1-2.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libpcap.so.0 is needed by trafshow-3.1-2.i386
libtinfo.so.5 is needed by trafshow-3.1-2.i386

I have recently uninstalled libpcap with the "rpm --nodeps -e libpcap" command. I then installed rpm -Uvh "libpcap-0.8.3-14.FC4.i386.rpm". There were no errors, but when I try to install "trafshow" it continues to give me the error: Failed dependencies.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
09-Sparky

Use yum to install it.

I tried using yum, but it tells me nothing to do (or something similar). Do I need to add any new repositories? if so, any suggestions. Also, just to make sure I understand, do you mean use yum to install trafshow or libpcap? I have tried both (results bellow):

yum update trafshow

you can install downloaded RPMs with "yum install whatever.rpm" or "yum localinstall whatever.rpm"
