libicu & lshw , --DownloadPS explanation needed
 

Hey everyone,

So I am running some STIGs on my machine and the program guide is asking me to yum install "libicu" & "lshw", I was wondering what those are exactly??

As well, towards the end of the guide I am asked to run a bash script but first I need to add a --DownloadPS tag at the end so it would look like this "bash scriptname.sh --DownloadPS", after running that command I can now use that same script. What does that --DownloadPS do exactly??
