libfl.a file missing on RHEL

libfl.a file is missing in /usr/lib ( not /usr/lib64). This is casuing compilations to fail. Can you help me locate rpm package that will create this file.

Found solution to this issue.

rpm -q --whatprovides --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH}\n' /usr/lib64/libfl.a
