libevent and tor on Slack 10.2
Hey,
I am trying to get tor working on my machine. I ran the configure script for tor which told me it needed libevent. I installed libevent-1.1a with no problem. Now the tor configure script gives me this error:
checking for libevent directory... (system)
checking whether we need extra options to link libevent... configure: error: Found linkable libevent in (system), but it doesn't run, even with -R. Maybe specify another using --with-libevent-dir?
