libc6 is bad and files missing need to downgrade HELP!!!

ok i added a "testing" repository to my atp-get sources cause i needed one packages but forgot to remove it.
then i accidentally updated a bunch of packages... libc6 was one of them.
this one is bad. many crucial files are missing. many programs no longer working. libresolv.so.2 is missing, libc.so.6 is missing, and many more. i cant just uninstall the package since that will remove half my system along with it!!! i am trying to force the version in synaptic but it wants to remove half my system once again. i need help downgrading back to a stable version. somehow i need to temporarily break the dependency and downgrade libc6. i know it cant be that hard. i need help now!!!
