lib error

while runing a php script it gives me the following error

[root@s15238595 stats]# /usr/bin/php graph.php
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php/modules/pgsql.so' - libpq.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
Unable to grab lockfile. Perhaps another copy of this script is running?[root@s15238595 stats]#

does any one knows how to correct this error?

Most likely you need to add postgresql support in you php installation. If you used your distro's package manager you should add a package named php-pgsql or something like that. If you compiled php from source, add a "--with-pgsql" in your ./configure script.
