Launch JUST Mozilla Mail?

So far, for convienience issues, i just use the Mail & Newgroups thing that comes with Mozilla (im using 1.5a btw) and I'm wondering if there is a way to launch just the mail portion of it? My problem is im running gkrellem and when it tells me I have mail, id like to be able to click the mail icon and launch the mail portion of mozilla w/o having to open the browser and then click the Mail/Newsgroups button. Thanks in advance ^_^

if you're using the version redhat provided or upgraded to higher version provide in rpm form from redhat:

mozilla -mail

if you've installed new versions that came from mozilla.org, maybe something like this:

/usr/local/mozilla/mozilla -mail

There are two ways to do it:

1. Click on Edit-> Preferences -> appearence -> Mail & Messaging

2. Start mozilla with the command:

mozilla --mail

thanks a bunch! i got it working no problem by just putting
/usr/local/mozilla/mozilla --mail
in my mail reading program part of GKrellM, thanks a bunch. And i know Thunderbird is great (ive used it before) its just I don't see a point in having a browser with Mail capabilities that fit my needs AND another mail program. thats why i uninstalled Evolution and the other mail programs that came with RH9. But thanks anyways ^_^
