Latex. Common system for design documentation

Hi there! I've got a debian 5.0 "Lenny" laptop. Yet is that I've got to do some printable scheme. That means - me to do it in LaTeX. But I'm from post-USSR. Its standard is Common System for Design Documntation (in russian UTF-8 ЕСКД). So I'm in need of LaTeX packages to make it. I've heard of eskdx package for LaTeX. I've got it installed. Yet it needs a PSCyr installed. Now it is installed. Looks like this PSCyr is just styles or something. But I can't do the scheme yet. And when I do 'latex' command with my *.tex file I get following in output:
Code:
This is pdfTeXk, Version 3.141592-1.40.3 (Web2C 7.5.6)
 %&-line parsing enabled.
entering extended mode

Looks like there is no error yet. But there is something next:
