LaTeX \lgroup & \rgroup problem

Hello there

I'm trying to get the following formula written in latex:

and what I do is:

Code:

\[ {\lgroup\frac{L}{T^2}\rgroup}^2 T^m = L^1 \]

or

Code:

\[ {\lgroup{\frac{L}{T^2}}\rgroup}^2 T^m = L^1 \]

or

Code:

\[ \lgroup{\frac{L}{T^2}}\rgroup^2 T^m = L^1 \]

and I'm always take the same result:

anyone knows what am I doing wrong?

I would have thought

\[ \left({\frac{L}{T^2}}\right)^2 T^m = L^1 \]
