dmoyer33 LQ Newbie Registered: Jul 2003 Posts: 7 Rep:	Latest Kernel for RH> I downloaded the latest kernel source from Redhat sites (2.4.20-19.9.src.rpm I put my self into /usr/src. THen I try to unpack the RPM with. rpm -i (rpm location) It looks like it installs, but there is no sign of the kernel package. I do see files in: /usr/src/redhat/sources but when I try to run make menuconfig from there it says something about needing a target for menuconfig. Dan Moyer
