Lan Card Installation Problem

Hi all

I installed FC4 and have not been able to install my LAN card. My PC configuration is as follows

Mercury P1845GLM-P 845GL Chipset
Intel Celeron 1.7GHz
376 MB Ram
SiS Lan Card OnBoard
FLine Ethernet Card (RealTek 8139D Chipset)

My SiS lan card is detected. But it is not working properly that's why i have installed FLine LAN Card. Now this Lan Card is not detected by Linux. I don't know what to do. Please guide me.
