LAMP server failover

Hello,

What can be used to set up a LAMP failover?
I have a main LAMP server and planning to setup another for the failover. They won't be clustered. I'd like the target server to take over when the main one goes down.
Mysql 5 offers replication capability but since it's also a web server, not sure what to use...
Any suggestions?

Try DRBD and Heartbeat

Cool, thanks.
Have you tried those for a failover?

yes pridefc.

In our office, we run the DRBD and heartbeat for failover apache and mysql server.
I did not configured that.
My senior admin did.

But it is easy only. a lot of docs are available in net.
search and do.
