Lame .ogg decoding

Anyone know if it's possible to decode .ogg files with LAME so I can save them as .wav files? I'm becoming a more and yet less a fan of xcdroast, because all audio files have to be in .wav format if they're to burn as an audio CD. Anyone know how to do this? When I use --decode I end up getting static as my output file.

If that doesn't work use xmms with the disk writer plugin enabled.
