Question Lame KDE Question...

It used to be that I could make my menus transparent in KDE, uner Look 'n Feel, in the control center. Now, I went to do it in KDE 3.1, and there *is no Look 'n Feel*! Can someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks
So embarresd:

LookNFeel should be in KDE 3.1. Well, I have it at least...

Seems odd that it wouldn't be there, maybe it installed bad?

Weird, I have 3.1.0 and it's still LookNFeel here.
Rather a pointless and confusing change no?
