Kylix 3 Ubuntu Dapper - help please

I've installed Kylix 3 on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper). It runs. Delphi works great. C++ runs, but when I try to compile something it terminates. Patches don't work. I tried ilink patch. I would like to program in c++ in Linux so I need this app.

Thank you in advance for your help.
