Kwallet password access

I like using Kwallet for my Mandrake 10.1. It fills in all my logins for me at many websites. I was wondering if there's a way to turn off the need for a password to open the Kwallet.

When I go to a site that requires a login and password, and prompt to enter the Kwallet password pops up. This is fine I suppose, but is there a way to lower the security level or something so I don't have to enter the password for the Kwallet? I would like to be able to go to a site and just have the values automatically fill in because Kwallet just stays open. The help is appreciated.
