Kvirc - where is fserve?

I just started to use kvirc. I can't seem to find the fserve option. Can someone tell me how to setup a fserve server using IRC to share files?

fserve is a plugin for kvirc - do you have it installed?

I searched the net and i found a .cpp file. DO i just compile that or what?
