KPPP doesn't allow entering information.

Hi...

The problem is that I am a dial-up user and always use KPPP for connecting to internet, In Slackware, I setup it e-g gave ISP Name, Phone Number etc, checked Modem and every thing went fine, now then when ever I try to fill information bar with username and passwd it doesn't allow. I mean the Bar is not active... what is the problem?
Also the nautils is GNOME doesn't start so can't browse my HDD.
Waiting for sugesstion.
