KOrganizer won't print landscape calendars

I'm running Salix 3.37 with a KDE 4.5.5 desktop.
After years of using KOrganizer in KDE 3.5to print monthly calendars, I can't get KOrganizer 4.41 to print calendars in the landscape mode using HPLIP 3.11.3 or CUPS 1.4.6. When I send the calendar to print, the printer locks up. Calendars print fine in portrait mode. Any suggestions
? Thanks in advance.

I tried to duplicate your problem with Korganizer 4.4.7 (KDE 4.4.5) on Debian Squeeze and HPLIP 3.10.6 and could not. I thought I had, but it was spooky.

When I started the "print month" dialog in Korganizer and selected "landscape," it printed portrait (ah ha! thoughts I, I'm on to something!), but when I selected "portrait," it printed landscape.

Thanks frankbell, I've only experienced this problem with KOrganizer and the printer.

I'm afraid not. I think that there's something odd going on in the Korganizer print routine, but I have no idea what it is. I might try to play with it some more tomorrow. If I discover anything, I'll report back.
