konsole and transparency

i've kde 3.2, and i've a little problem with my konsole, i setted the transparency of the konsole.... it's a little hard to explain the problem... i'll try:
when i open konsole the transparency is set and i see the portion of desktop that lies under my konsole window... but when i leave a konsole open and i logout and login again (it's not the only case, sometimes it happens also when i simply open a konsole) instead of the portion that lies under the konsole window, i see a smal portion of it.. a square to be precise... and this square is repeated for all the background of my konsole window... someone knows if it's a bug or something fixable?

Well, I'm not sure what to do in .Xdefaults - but if you just want to get rid of the scrollbar such that you have no border in aterm, from a run dialog box, you'd run something like
what's on

http://freshmeat.net/projects/aterm/

though not using bblaunch.
