Konqueror vs. Mozilla
I just set up Debian Linux via Knoppix on an old Gateway2000 with Intel Pentium Pro Processor. As most people probably know, Knoppix includes both Mozilla and Konqueror. Any thoughts on which is better?

Neither, its all what you find that suits your own needs. I'd say try them both out, only you can decide which one your going to like most.
This is asked all the time, a quick search might find what your looking for in an answer regarding browsers, what members prefer to use here, etc.

Mozilla, works for me....
Never to many problems has some good features and Mozilla seems to be pushing forward to develop new tools to make surfing the web better.
Never been a big fan of the Konqueror fan....
But it is a personnel choice like apples to oranges...
later...

For surfing I choose Mozilla. Konqueror is good as file manager, not as web browser. Thats imho.

nnn.. imho, mozilla is the best First i don't like to pay for browser (cracking is not good ) second, opera is a bit strange, third mozilla mail/newsgroup client is a bit better than operas mail reader. And on last, it depends on your personal 'taste', what you like, what not.

Galeon is fast, reliable, simple.

No, Galeon is built on mozilla's gecko engine.
Konqueror has nothing to do with them.
