konqueror auto downloading to tmp file


i just got a modem working again and when i am downloading a program it dosn't ask me where to download it it sends it to /tmp/kde-root bla bla bla
is there someway to change this

i myself haven't really figured that out, but it doesn't happen to me often, just once in a blue moon. the only thing i can think of is if that happens, cancel the download and then on the webpage, right click on the link and choose the "Save Link As..." option from the context menu.
