Konqueror annoyance

I love konqueror. I use it as my everyday browser.
It has one very annoying behavior, though, and I don't know if it is a setup problem, or what.

Everytime I download a source package in ".tar.gz" fromat from "sourceforge.net" it opens the file in "ArK", instead of allowing me to simply download it.

on other sites, I can just right-click, select "save as", but on sourceforge, you get redirected to an automatic download, so you never get to do the right click (unless you are REAL fast).

This doesn't happen on "tar.bz2" packages.

I checked the file type settings, and .tar.bz2 is set up the same as .tar.gz, so I don't understand why .tar.gz does this.

I guess I can totally remove the file type, but I don't really want to do this....

If anyone can tell me how to turn this off, I would be grateful.

That's odd...I know exactly what you are talking about, downloading from sourceforge...but I still get the dialog box that allows me to 'open in ark', 'save as...' or 'cancel'.

perhaps you will just have to extract the package to your desired directory, then use your term to build it from there.
