Konqueror

I was messing around with settings in Konqueror, and made the size of my icons medium. It froze and I had to restart linux. Now I can't load up anything that uses icons, IE: Home, or my music folder. I can open regular Konqueror though, but if I go to anything like Home or my music folder, it freezes. Someone please help.

Try deleting the cache/kde settings by doing

rm -rf ~/.kde*

This is quite drastic so try to make a backup of the dir and restore bits as you go

That didn't do anything -_-... Unless anyone knows what to do, I think I'm gonna go the drastic route and reinstall mandrake.

Yes, Im a complete noob to linux, so re-installing is the first thing that comes to my mind >_>

after you reinstall go get mozilla firebird and don't touch konqueror!

well I reinstalled about 8 times before I was satisfied.
