Knoppix remaster to DVD

I would like to do a remaster of knoppix but I have over 1gb of stuff to add. Would it work to just remaster as normal and just shove it on a dvd instead of a cd. I'm in the process of downloading knoppix 4.0 DVD but it is taking forever and it requires a cheatcode to boot in english (the disc isnt going to be for me). thanks.

Yeah, you can add more, but you may have to get rid of some of the stuff already on the DVD your downloading, so It can all fit on one disk. Will it be compressed with CLOOP?
