Kmail spellchecker on Mandrake 9.1

On advice, I've re-installed Mandrake 9.1 (rather than an upgrade from 8.1).

Unfortunately, the spell check still doesn't work on Kmail. It tells me:

ISpell/Aspell could not be started. Please make sure you have ISpell/Aspell properly configured and in your PATH.

Now, AFAIK I have Aspell installed. I've checked the RPM monitor program thingy on the command centre and it certainly seems to be there.

Could this "PATH" be any thing to do with it? What is it referring to?

Sussed it. After about an hour of messing about I thought I'd see if anyone else could help, then I stumbled up on it.

You have to go into Settings|Configure Kmail and click on Composer . Then choose English GB (or I guess whatever langauge you're using). Once you enter that it picks up Aspell

Obvious really! <g>
