KMail Question

I have a question about KMail...I have it configured to use IMAP to access my email account. This works fine, however I added a new folder from the email account in by using procmail. I added some new recipes that create new folders. Now after I have received messages that have been filtered by procmail and put into these new folders, but KMail will not refetch those folders. I can't for the life of me find where to add folders in KMail (other than just making a new folder that doesn't exist)...any ideas? I want it to basically re-examine the folder layout in the mail folder and fetch the folders...I may be blind here but I cannot find it quickly.

Anyone know the solution?
