By searching for "Kivio RPM KDE 4" in Google I found this page: http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat....i486.rpm.html which appears to be what you are after. You could also look through your add/remove software program. Equally, if you run KOffice in KDE 4, Kivio should be included.

What is the concnesus on Open Office Vs Koffice? One better than other?
The OOo v KOffice is pretty much horses for courses - I use KOffice when I install KDE myself because of the integration. We don't really know what you would want to use them for, so it's hard to know which is best for you. I would suggest testing both to see which you prefer.
Towards the bottom of the RPM Search result page is the dependencies. It looks as though you only need the base libraries for KOffice, rather than the full suite.
