Question Kinit user1 to authenticate for ssh user2

I have a development box and I want to use kinit user1 to authenticate, then be able to ssh user2, ssh user3.

Any ideas how to set this up?

I have kinit user1 -> ssh user1 working. Just want to map users to the same authentication some how.
