kickstart installation issue

Today I tried installating few machines with kickstart file through NFS. But somehow it didn't worked and got error message "Unable to download the kickstart file".

Below is the command I used at boot prompt:
linux ks=nfs:172.XX.XX.XXX:/var/data/ks.cfg

Please find attached error screenshot.

I have tested the nfs share mounting from other server and it worked fine. But somehow while trying to install a fresh machine with ks file through NFS is giving this error message.

Please look in to this and let me know if there is something I need to configure before starting the installation.

1. OS: RHEL 5
2. Virtual machines on XEN

Let me know if you need other information.

Thanks in advance

Kickstart trouble

May I point out that you indicate you're using:

linux ks=nfs:172.XX.XX.XXX:/var/data/ks.cfg

but your screenshot says:

linux ks=nfs:172.XX.XX.XXX:/var/data/ksold.cfg

Actually I have ks.cfg and ksold.cfg available in /var/data.

I simply tried by changing the ks.cfg with ksold.cfg in that screen and checked whether there is any accessing issue with that file. But it doesn't matter. For both the files I am getting the same error message.

There is something missing...before starting the fresh install. The fresh install is not picking up the NFS mount. Once the ks.cfg is accessible, then everything will be alright. Please guide me to resolve this issue.
