are you sure? i dont see how grub could boot if you dont have a grub.conf or a menu.lst

Yes that is why i don't know what to do it is so weird and i cant find it what should i do??

if you donr know how to make a grub.conf file learn how to make one then do yum remove grub and then yum install grub and put your grub.conf in /boot/grub

where would i learn?

where would I learn how to make a grub.conf file??

There must be a grub.conf somewhere.
