how exactly are you upgrading ?

did you download the redhat 6.6 release rpm ?
and then run "upgrade"

or

have the repos set to use 6 and NOT 6.4
then do a normal everyday "update"
BUT if that you would have been using 6.6 for about a year already

or

run
Code:
su -
yum --releasever=6.6 upgrade
mind you
RHEL is NOT free
to upgrade, a PAID FOR license is required !

if you do not have a current support contract
there is NOTHING we can do to help
