Kernel.defconfig configuration and Function - Urgent

Where will get info about all the configuration of kernel.defconfig and Function.

No, I just trying to fix one issue from past one week. So Now I want to understand few thing in kernel.defconfig.

For example CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE=y - If we have a motherboard that supports PCI Express Native Hotplug, We have to use this configuration. Like there are plenty of parameter. So I want to understand all the configuration functionality. From my side I have to fix it as soon as possible.

There is no miracle help with kernel config. Take your time and learn about options and features. There is buit-in help in make menuconfig (make nconfig, gconfig, xconfig, pick yours). There is kernel Documents included with kernel sources. There is internet full of knowledge, start with http://kernelnewbies.org/.
