Kernel and NVidia Drivers

When starting an updated version of the kernel I am un able to start X because it has problems loading th NVidia drivers. Then when I try a lower cersion of the kernel the drivers load up fine. Is anyone familiar with this?

You need to install the nvidia drivers in the new kernel.

Hey I have an Nvidia G-Force FX 5200 and I get the same problem so I ran xf86config and input the proper settings and it works fine.
