kerberos telnetd

Hi,

Does anyone know how to enable root access for /usr/kerberos/sbin/telnetd? I added pts/0 ... pts/5, but I still can't login as root. This is RedHat WS 3. Thanks.

(this is a server behind the company firewall, and I know the security risks. it has to be done.)
